Abstract
Microfinance refers to the provision of consumers and self – employed. Microfinance programmer are currently simultaneously addressing both term "Micro" literally means "small". But the task has not defined any amount. However, as per Micro credit special cell of Reserve Bank of Indian Fixed the borrowing amount up to the limit of Rs. 25000/- could be considered as micro product and the amount could be gradually increased up to Rs. 40,000/- over a period of time.
