In general we have already defined Agile methodologies as a software development approach which is able to adapt to frequent requirement changes and with short and repeated cycles of planning-design-coding-testing (iterations). Agile methodologies have become very popular in the last years arousing the interest of a larger number of projects and companies that choose to follow its principles.
