Yoga is way of life or science of right living and integrated system of education for body, mind and soul. Yoga is technique system of holistic development of human personality. This art of right living was perfected and practiced in Indian thousand of year ago. The exercises take the form of asanas or poses that anyone can execute. The benefits include flexibility relaxation, and increased strength. The asanas are designed to ease tensed ligaments. Yoga is a gentle form of exercise. It is not normally aerobic and does not place a strain on the heart or the organs. A wide variety of yoga positions can be done in bed sitting down, lying on the floor or standing. The practice of yoga helps bring about total relaxation of the mind and body Yoga is a centuries old tradition of healing practices for personal fulfillment and self realization.
