Abstract

Corporate Governance means being true to own belief and it constantly preaches the value of understanding the stakeholders. It builds enduring bonds with shareholders, employees, investors, depositors, borrowers, suppliers, customers and business constituents. The objective of corporate governance may be understood as the wealth generation and competitiveness for the benefit of all stakeholders.
