Abstract

Ready-to-eat (RTE)means food product prepared or cooked in advance, with no further cooking or preparation required before you can eat it. Consumer behavior the term consumer behavior is defined as the behavior that consumer display in searching for, purchasing using, evaluating and disposing of products and services that they expect will satisfy their needs. Nowadays so many people busy in their lives with their works. So they have no time for preparing food, they just take food which is already prepared or cooked. In India globalization and privatization make so many significant impacts on ready to eat food industry.
