Abstract

World Trade Organisation (WTO) is the UN body which stands for free international trade and liberation of trade barriers. The philosophy of WTO contrasts with an emerging ideology called Economic nationalism which is about prioritizing national economic gains over international benefits. The present study synthesis the two conflicting views and presents a conjoined overview.
