Abstract

The right to the preservation of the originality of the work of the author is given exclusively to the government of India. Intangible creation of the human mind is a simple right of intellectual property. Patent, Trade Names, Export Containers, Product Design, Software Design and copyright protection comprise this intellectual property privilege. Intellectual property legislation is essential to ensure the consistency, health and effectiveness of all prescription goods and services. This is the licensing authority and the main drug recognition jurisdiction on the wide sector. This right to intellectual property is the right to the development of minds of men. These typically provide the maker with an exclusive privilege for a limited duration to use his inventions. Intellectual property applies to intellectual innovations, developments in the areas of literature, literary, technology and business. It is necessary to protect the inventor's innovation and maintain the inventor's quality and standard of work. This review describes the Indian Concept of Patent Law, the Procedure for Patent Grant in India, the Drug Patent Application system and the final paper conclusion.
