Abstract

The Indian Aviation and hotel industry have emerged as one of the key drivers of growth among the services sector in India. Hospitality and Hotel in India has significant potential considering the rich cultural and historical heritage, variety in ecology, terrains and places of natural beauty spread across the country. Aviation and hotel sectors also a potentially large employment generator besides being a significant source of foreign exchange for the country. Hospitality and Aviation are the part of travel and tourism. These sectors are widely interconnected. Every department of aviation that deals with customers’ needs hospitality. The research was carried out to find out the importance of hotel and aviation industry. The general study concluded that hospitality is the most important base of any service industry that includes aviation industry. In current scenario, aviation and hospitality industries facing stare at uncertain in future, due to the spread of corona virus infection. The basic objective of the study is to know about the impact of airline and hotel sectors.
