CUSTOMER AWARENESS TOWARDS ONLINE BANKING IN PUBLIC BANKS AND PRIVATE BANKS

Abstract

In 21st century the role of customer is very important for the banking sector. So, the present study is to find out the customer awareness towards online banking in public banks and private banks. In order to attain the objective, the study used the descriptive statistics for the present variable with 180 customers from the banking sector. The data has been collected with the help of questionnaire which is manually made. Study found that customers are highly satisfied with the service of e- banking facility provided by the banks.
