Pilgrimage tourism involves expedition of tourists in search of religious and spiritual believes at various holy places. Throughout such visits, tourists look for benefits and assistance at spiritual destination which is provided by concerned tour administers of the destination. It is imperative for service providers of tourism to comprehend the needs of the devotees and furnish the demands of all population segments through hospitality management. The present paper structured a questionnaire to seek responses from travel operators, hoteliers and travel agencies in pilgrimage centres of Andhra Pradesh. The responses were computed using statistical tools and the results implied that the pilgrims were satisfied with the basic facilities and temple management. The local authorities need to work towards enhancing the service quality which is an essential factor for determining the overall satisfaction of the tourist.
