Abstract

Much has been, by different researchers and businessmen, said about the prime topic – QRM and we too have contributed a little in this area. In this ongoing activity our main target is to focus on what we have already achieved by putting new innovations in practice. What we had and to which extent the new strategies have put us has become an essential issue to study. Without proper study in same directions like (1) Resultant production in new situation (2) Enhanced revenue and hence to some extent the profit margin that can allow, in future, an additional amount in R&D (Research and Development) activities. All that we have planned is to explore the sensible issues in the management area – may be planning, production, and/or sale. No doubt well accepted that each phase at every mode needs a careful planning before and midst of the ongoing project on hand. Having these it happens that some plans do not meet with perfection and some are partially met with.
