Abstract

Electron impact is an ionization method in which energetic electrons interact with gas phase atoms or molecules to produce ions. Electron impact ionization is used in mass spectrometry to explain the properties of molecules. The high energy electrons can produce no molecular ions and small fragments. We have study of partial ionization cross section of HFc-32 molecule. Copy © 2019 Praveen Bhatt et al.
