RUGGED DWT SVD-BASED WATERMARKING

Abstract

The revolution in digital information has brought many benefits and problems. Due to the ease of editing and perfect reproduction, the protection of ownership and prevention of unauthorized digital audio, picture and video handling have become an important concern. Watermarking is an important way of protecting copyright. The information branch hidden in digital media, such as photos, digital music, digital video etc. it is the hidden information branch. A new watermarking algorithm is presented in this paper that is robust against different attacks. Two watermarks have been used for embedding in the HL and LH bands of host image in DWT (Discrete Wavelet Transform) and SVD (Singular Value Decomposition). The simulation assessment shows that different attacks are resisted by the proposed technique.
