Sequence designing is a talent direction action that constructs a pool of trained manpower who is ready to meet key functions when leaders and other key employees step down. Sequence designing depends on a large pool of talented manpower browsing from entry-level to senior leaders who are being prepared for key functions. Systems with sequence designing programs in place foster a talent-pointed culture by enrolling skilled employees and top endowment. Once recruited, businesses concentrate on acquireing these employees’ skills, expertness and knowledge so they are prepared to take on leadership functions in the event of systemal acquirement, talent loss or centering turnover. This explores study centers on exploring the most proper sequence designing action and thereby designing an industry-perticular example.
