Abstract
Thermo Electric (TE) materials are vital practical materials that can change over warmth to electrical energy and the other way around. As of late, nano structuring TE materials demonstrated exceptionally encouraging potential to enhance their TE figure of legitimacy which opens another scene in the TE world. Accordingly, some progressed nano structured TE models are proposed as the cutting edge TE materials/structures. Among these propelled TE models, bismuth Telluride nano wires/thick movies and skutterudite nano composites with nano-considerations have been effectively manufactured and a portion of their worthwhile TE execution has been illustrated.
