With globalization, competition amongst the retail market has increased tremendously. As a result of rising income and increased internet access there is a strong growth potential for e-commerce across the developing countries. The ease of Internet had resulted into tremendous growth in e-commerce. With the evolution of e-commerce the concepts like “Electronic Data Interchange” (EDI), “Electronic-Mail” (e-mail), “Electronic Fund Transfer” (EFT), Faster Shipping & Better Delivery Logistics had made the buying or selling of goods and services on internet a very pleasant experience for the customers as well as business organizations.
