Abstract

The main objective of this Research study had focused on Retail Supply Chain developments and strategies required in the present day business context in terms of rendering value added services to customers. The main tools of the data collection used were a questionnaire which was administered a total size of 456 stake holders. The stake holders have been classified based on the job title and functions such as Purchasing, Marketing, Production, Distribution and Logistics.
