CONSUMERS’ PERCEPTION REGARDING SELECTED PRO-ENVIRONMENTAL PRODUCTS

Abstract

A sample has been collected from Delhi and NCR (National Capital Region). The total number of the respondents’ is 798, which includes 419 and 379 male and female respectively. The questionnaire consisting of 22 items of perception on a five point Likert scale ranging from strongly agree to strongly disagree is used in the study. In this study an attempt has been made to examine the consumers’ perception regarding selected pro-environmental products. Respondents’ perception has been compared with the help of t-test. There is a significant difference found in consumers’ perception on the basis of gender. Female respondents have high perception than males regarding pro-environmental products.
