Abstract

ABSTRACT E-Governance means providing government services online with use of latest information technology i.e. Online working of a government, providing government services online to its citizens at their door step is known as E-Governance. We can also say that it means online availability of government services. The technology as well as methodology used in E-Governance project provides a clear roadmap for efficient delivery of services at the citizen door step. In today’s time the development of any country/society highly depends on the efficient use of E-Governance. Stage of development of any country can be measured by the implementation of E-Governance in that country. Today’s Indian government has also full faith in E-Governance.
