ICT is understood loosely as “technologies that facilitate communication and also the process and transmission of data by electronic means that.” ICT guarantees a basic amendment altogether aspects of our lives, as well as data dissemination, social interaction, economic and business practices, political engagement, media, education, health, leisure and recreation. Increasingly individuals square measure turning to the advancement of technology in their daily lives, so the knowledge and Communication Technology (ICT) is taken into account together of the foremost necessary side in day-after-day activities. Since its introduction, the event of ICT has ne'er stopped, and today, individuals use ICT all over. There square measure plenty of initiatives been taken by many bodies, particularly the govt so as to form positive that its individuals, altogether education level and living background is well equipped, acquire access, and possess bound skills in ICT to use the facilities.
