Abstract

Advertisements in Marketing have been used for many years to influence the buying behaviors of the consumers. Brand preferences are helpful in creating the perception among the customers of cosmetic products; both of these variables are mortal combination to influence the buying behaviors of the consumers. This particular research was conducted on the young female who use different brands Herbal cosmetics to check the influence on their brand preference and loyalty while creating the awareness and building the perceptions. The results revealed to provide the new way to managers to devise suitable strategy for the marketing of cosmetic products. Both of these variables such as brand preference and brand loyalty will motivate the consumer to buy a certain product, as there is a positive relationship present in between them. Each brand tries to provide a competitive advantage to its customers so they buy the product the first time and then keep buying it. This dissertation attempts to measure the influence of the competitive advantage provided by the brands on the loyalty the consumers feel for that brand.
