Abstract

Traders are the fuel pumping tool of any commodity organization who wants to grow, develop, and going. Every trader has a key function in the organization which is critical to accomplish to attain its objectives and competitive advantage in long run. In this manner, it is essential to keep the traders motivated and content so that employer can retain them in the organization for a more extended period. Sound frames retention strategies play an important role in retaining the traders in an organization by enhancing their contentment and belongingness which leads to make them more trustworthy and loyal. Traders in commodity trading organization have a risky and difficult job profile like work without breaks, spot decisions which needs specialized skills and knowledge for trading agricultural and non-agricultural commodities.
