Abstract

In today’s competitive world, the key to success and growth of any business relies on customer satisfaction. So satisfying customer needs is the foremost important objective of any business undertaking. A customer is satisfied when they get service as per their expectation. Thus the importance of customer focus performance is paramount. Customer focus services have direct and indirect impact on business growth and positively affect business profitability. Increasing customer focus services leads to higher future profitability, higher levels of customer retention and loyalty.
