HAPPINESS OF EMPLOYEES AT WORK IN MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY, INDIA

Abstract

India is currently a developing country; its economic system is still influenced by manufacturing industry. Thus, giving enforcement and encouragement to manufacturing industry is the most important policy in strengthening the Indian economy, in order to be able to grow and develop like other countries such as UK, USA, Australia, Japan and Malaysia. The aim of this research are to study factors affecting the happiness of employees at work in Manufacturing industry and to measure the level of happiness at work.
