Abstract

Every organizational member attempts to seek control over his workspace in order to gain autonomy and accomplish mastery upon tasks. This need to influence one’s cognitive and behavioral performance so as to improve goal attainment is understood as ‘self leadership’ of the individual. Evaluating self leadership, therefore, becomes essential not only to enhance the productivity of the organization but also to improve the self worth of the individual. Self leadership,
