Abstract

Young adult is generally a person in the age range of 20 to 40 years. The young adult era is of greatest energy and abundance and of greatest contradiction and stress. Within that framework this stage is a development bridge between pre-adulthood and middle adulthood. Young adulthood can be considered the healthiest time of life and young adults are generally in good health subject neither to disease nor any health problems only if they consume a healthy nutritious balanced diet and do some form of exercise.
