Abstract

The country’s pharma sector is among the fastest-growing sectors of its economy. Its contribution to the country’s export basket is significant. In particular, its contribution to the generics space is being talked about the world over. The sector is also trying to move up the value chain by undertaking the production and marketing of brand-name products in the global market.
