Abstract

Every organization is required to monitor its internal and external environment for the attainment of specific goals. Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to examine how work environment helps in increasing organization effectiveness through performance management and we try to analyse if organizational work environment affects employee’s work performance, and productivity
