PERCEPTION TOWARDS MCA21 PORTAL AND LEVEL OF SATISFACTION ON E-FILING SYSTEM

Abstract

Keeping in tune with the e-Governance initiatives all over the world, the Ministry of Company Affairs (MCA), Government of India has initiated the MCA21 project, which will enable an easy and secured access to MCA services in a manner that best suits the corporate entities and professionals besides the public. MCA21 is intended to achieve all the objectives of a versatile e-Governance project. India, up to this point a slouch in e-administration, has acknowledged lately that standards of business morals and corporate social obligation can be adequately incorporated inside the field of corporate law. Such moves normally bring about reinforcing the structure of organization law overall, and the advancement of control. It additionally underscores the requirement for best practices with respect to the corporate part. This paper is in this way a push to toss some light on what changes e-administration can achieve in the corporate part and also how it speaks to a characteristic movement in the Information Communication Technology (ICT) development in a creating nation like India.
