HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT PRACTICES IN HEALTH CARE – A GLOBAL PROSPECTIVE

Abstract

Many large, middle-sized and even little business organizations have a person's resources department. The practical roles of associate degree hour department stay a similar no matter the scale of your business. because the name indicates, the department exists to manage and assist the human part of the corporate. Since human capital is that the most significant quality of any organization, having associate degree economical and quality human resources department is vital to the standard and success of the organization. Within several health care systems worldwide, redoubled attention is being targeted on human resources management (HRM). Specifically, human resources area unit one in all 3 principle health system inputs, with the opposite 2 major inputs being physical capital and consumables.
