India is a country full of resources in every sphere of life has been attracting tourists from across the world. Many Inbound and domestic tourists fall in love with the diversity of the states, its terrain, heritage, culture, cuisine, art and architecture of this incredible Nation. This depiction portrays India’s performance as a major tourist destination in the world over the last few years. Now a days, India is well positioned to tap the immense potential of tourism in the country, where it possesses some of the greatest wealth of religious, archaeological, historical importance and natural resources.The Ministry of Tourism identified cruise tourism as niche tourism product of the country. This was done in order to overcome the aspects of seasonality and to attract more number of tourists and to promote India as a 365 days destinations.
