‘ONE PERSON COMPANY’-REFORM CORPORATE IDENTITY

The Companies Act 2013 passed by the Parliament of India extends to whole of India came into force from 12th September 2013. It came into force to regulate registration of a company, Duties of directors, dissolution of a company and replaced by Companies Act 1956 ,an Act of the Parliament of India, enacted in 1956. This Act Consist 29 chapters with 470 sections as against 658 Sections in the Companies Act, 1956 and has 7 schedules. The Act came into force on 12 September 2013 with many changes like maximum number of members in private company to 200,an introduction of “ONE PERSON COMPANY”. A concept of "one person company" is included in this act which will be a private company . Another 184 sections came into force from 1 April 2014
