Abstract

In times wherein emphasis has been laid on better economic equity, social equality and empowerment, the attention on issues of nutrition and food contamination are perturbing for the society too. At first glance the two seem unrelated, but the reality is that an economically empowered society, pays better attention to its quality of nutrition.
