Abstract

This paper to identify the Capital Structure and Profitability for a JSW (Jindal south west) Steel industry with the help of Annual Report. So the report is audited by CPA (Certified Public Accountant) and it is easy to gather, so we do not doubt its trustworthiness. The main purpose of this paper is to measure relationship between the Capital Structure and Profitability and how to affect the performance ROI (Return on Investment) and ROE (Return on Equity) of a JSW Steel Ltd. The empirical results show that performance evaluation for a JSW Steel Ltd can be more comprehensive, financial ratios are considered.
