Abstract

This paper is an attempt to explore the comparative analysis of Dual career couples, Commuter couples and Dual earner couples balancing their personal and professional life Dual career couples, Dual earner couples and commuter couples appear to be an increasing part of the workforce. Day by Day Dual Earner, Dual Career and Commuter Couples have become very common. Single earner has vanished. Dual career, Dual earner and commuter couples are emerging. People are interested in choosing life partner on the basis of education, job and income.
