IONIZATION PROCESS OF FLUORINE ATOM BY A SEMI EMPIRICAL FORMULA

Abstract
The scattering fragmentation process of sulfur atom has been studied by electron impact with reference to semi empirical formula in the energy range from threshold to around 1100eV. Absolute cross -sections for electron impact ionization of Iron ions leading to the formation of F+, F+2, F+3, F+4, F+5, S+6 ant total are measured.
