Abstract

In this study, we begin to elaborate the correlation between HR Practices and Corporate Image Building. This study specifically explains and identifies those HR practices that will impact on image building of organization. Results will be based upon IT companies’ image building with respect to human resource management. Also this study reveals the role of HR in effective recruitment, selection and attracting the pool talent. HR professionals plays an effective role in overall growth of the companies by maintaining the Corporate Culture, making good relationships with employees, customers and clients, with effective communication and by achieving the Corporate Vision.
