Abstract
In the agricultural industry citrus fruit grading is a significant task by giving the best quality of the fruit. In this paper segmentation process is one of the preprocessing techniques. An automatic segmentation method is used for fruit images to predict the diseases. The graph cut method is one of the segmentation methods, which means region labeling. It will merge the similarities of regions. Due to this processing time will get decreased. It will take only the foreground image for processing i.e an object. Compared with the existing method like k-means cluster the proposed Graph Cut method will be find out the diseases and gives the best result.
