Abstract
In this contemporary world, the functioning of the police is a complex and sensitive duty of the society and the activities of it are no longer simple. They have become so much complex and specialized due to urbanization and technology. Beside, the nature of administrative activities is also constantly changing. Hence there arise the necessity of both in-service and post entry training. Training is helpful to increase the efficiency and broadening the vision of every police officer and the facilities for their training are so much important as the training itself.
