Abstract

In 21st century management education is consider as an important tool for country’s economic development. In developing nations particularly this trend is speeding up. These countries have enormous resources in terms of natural and human resources but due to colonization and traditional economic system they lacked the development. Now these countries are on the path of globalization and changing their conventional approaches by using more professional methodologies. They are now giving tough competition to developed nations. To speed up this process management courses are introduced in their higher education system. Modern approaches, operating practices, methodologies and techniques are incorporated in the syllabus of management education that will infuse expertise and skills in future managers. In this paper, focus will be on analyzing that these modern approaches, operating practices, methodologies and techniques in curriculum are appropriate to achieve the objectives.
