Abstract

The importance of effective knowledge has increased due to the emergence of knowledge bases economies. Organization seeking sustainable strategic competitive advantage, the effective knowledge management has been described as a critical ingredient for them. In this paper, it has been demonstrated that knowledge management is a key driver for good performance of organizations and also a critical tool for organizational survival, competitiveness and profitability. In essence, to ensure organization’s success, the focus should be to connect people, processes, and technology for the purpose of leveraging knowledge.
