ROLE OF WOMEN’S EDUCATION ON THEIR SOCIO- ECONOMIC STATUS

Abstract

The present study deals with the role of women’s education on their socio- economic status in Haryana. A sample of 100 women has been taken from educated –uneducated and working- non working women of Haryana. The data has been collected with the help of self developed tool Attitude of Women Regarding Their Socio-Economic Status and analyzed by applying percentage method. It has been found that education plays a vital and dynamic role in the personality (socio- economic status) of women.
