TWITTER DATA ANALYSIS OF MOBILE INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDERS IN INDIA

Abstract

Mobile Internet Service Provider companies in India are facing serious competition as the market size is increasing in multiples. Every other company is coming up with some new marketing ideas to lure their customer. And with the provision of mobile number portability, the retention of already existing customer has become a major challenge for these companies. Nowadays large organizations have their twitter accounts to address their customer with upcoming offers or promote their already existing product or services to them. This paper uses the social media data to find the reputation of some of the top Internet service provider companies and provide sentiment analysis study related to these companies. Based on the overall comparison Idea and Airtel Telecom Providers are showing the Best Sentiment Analysis as compared to BSNL. Reliance Jio and Vodafone.
