Gravure Printing is used for print flexible substrates like PE, BOPP, Wallpapers and News-papers etc. Gravure printing plays a vital role in flexible packaging sector. It is part of the conventional printing process but generally it is best suitable for large print jobs. With the increasing competition on the market, the packaging manufacturers are constantly striving to enhance the efficiency of their plants, especially to reduce the set-up times and the waste. For this purpose, it is important to know various wastage causes and their remedies of in the gravure printing unit. It is important to know and analyze exactly the processes running on the machine.
