Abstract

In the present liberalized era, new approaches to public sector are imperative. The market dynamics at national and international level have posed challenges for all organizations. Advances in technology, increased societal demands and the need to provide more social services with fewer resources are some of the reasons leading to changes in the strategies and policies of the organizations.
