Modularization is a term in which the machine can be converted in to different modules and these modules can generate greater efficiency and production of the machine. In web offset printing machine the various components are infeed unit, Printing units, delivery units. These units are made of various modules so that their synchronization should be accurate when the machine runs. So because of modular design all the parts of the web offset printing machine work effectively and accurate print can be produced. There are also some challenges for modular approach in printing machines like to reduce the order to delivery time and efficiency of the machine but because of modular approach there are benefits for both manufacturer as well as end user. With the help of this paper it is found that modularization in web offset printing machines provide the better and fastest result in print productionand the efficiency of the machine increases.
