Abstract

Printing is one of the strongest medium to communicate the peoples about the various printing applications like -newspapers, magazines, brochures, stationery, and books. Sheet Fed offset printing process is one of the most important printing process used in printing due to its versatile and wide acceptability which provide better print quality results. More youth attract towards the product if print quality is in attractive conditions. In the world of competition everyone one wants to get the fastest results in their working system at shortest time. Make ready is one of the important areas which need the great care and attention for getting the good results in cost saving. Make ready includes all the operations carried on the machine starting from the plate mounting to the first ok sheet. Make ready is the procedure, in which all the adjustments are made on the press. With the help of this paper it is found that the make ready operations can be optimize with the help of new techniques and proper working system on Sheet Fed Offset machine. Printing can be made attractive and defect free with the help of new techniques in sheet fed printing machine which attracts the customer and helps in increasing the sales of various printing applications.
