Abstract
The Vmax of cMDH of the liver with oxaloacetate and NADH was more than 6 times higher than the Vmax of mMDH in the liver. Likewise, the Vmax of cMDH of the skeletal muscle was about 4 times higher than the Vmax of mMDH in the skeletal muscle. The Km values of cMDH of the liver and the skeletal muscle with oxaloacetate and NADH was about 80% higher than the Km values of mMDH in both the tissues.
