Abstract

In Recent years, lifestyle style disorders are defined as diseases related with the manner people live their life. It is associated with the risk factors like alcohol, drug use, exercise and diet. Diseases that are affected due to this are Cardiovascular diseases ,obesity and type 2 diabetes(Lifestyles Diseases, 2016).
