Abstract
In my present paper I would focus on The Role of Villagers in Disaster Prevention, Risk Reduction, and Mitigation in Rajasthan. Rajasthan is, geographically, the largest State of the country. The area of the State is 3,42,239 sq.km. Total population of the State is 686.21 lakh, as per census 2011, out of which more than two-third people live in rural areas.
